The Endura Fitness Box Gym was created with one main purpose: to deliver a full-body workout in the most compact and cost effective way possible. We’ve achieved that goal, by creating a piece of equipment that can be set-up by one person, but can train two people at the same time. The Box Gym is designed as the ultimate compact all body workout, allowing you to train all muscle groups and then fold up the Box Gym and roll it away for easy storage. We’ve put together an example exercise routine in the video so you can see how it can be used to train a wide range of muscle groups.

The perfect compound chest exercise. Utilising the Box Gym long bar and integrated bench, you can perform the bench press effectively. Changing the angle of the bench to vary the muscles being targeted.
Bench press works the pectorals, triceps & deltoids.
A great compound back exercise and a great alternative to pull-ups for the lats. Utilising the Box Gym handles or long bar and the integrated bench, you can comfortably perform the seated row.
Seated row works the latissimus dorsi, trapezius, rhomboids, posterior deltoids, biceps & brachialis
Seated Shoulder Press
A great alternative to the overhead press, with the comfort of being seated. Utilising the Box Gym single handles and integrated bench, you can perform the seated shoulder press comfortably.
Seated shoulder press works the deltoids, triceps & trapezius.
A great compound back exercise and a great alternative to pull-ups for the lats. Utilising the Box Gym single handles you can perform the lat pulldown allowing for any asymmetries in your arms.

A classic arm builder, the biceps curl not only trains the biceps, but also most of the wrist flexors in the forearms. Utilising the Box Gym short handle, you can perform the biceps curl effectively.
Biceps curls work the biceps, brachialis, brachioradialis & wrist flexors.
Is a great compound exercise for strengthening the muscles of the upper back. Utilising the Box Gym long bar you can perform the upright row effectively.
The main muscles worked during the upright row are: deltoids, latissimus dorsi, trapezius, biceps and brachialis.
A very popular glute toner, the cable kickback is an excellent exercise for the glutes and hamstrings. Utilising the Box Gym adjustable cuff, you can perform the cable kickback comfortably.
Cable kickbacks work the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus as well as the hamstrings.
One of the most effective shoulder isolation exercises. Utilising the Box Gym single handle you can perform lateral raises comfortably at any angle to hit different parts of your deltoids.
The main muscles worked during the lateral raise is the: deltoids (anterior, medial and posterior) & trapezius.
A powerful isolation exercise for the pecs, either one-armed or bilateral The Box Gym has you covered. Utilising the Box Gym single handles and adjustable pulleys you can work those pecs.
Cable Flys work the Pectoralis major & minor as well as the anterior deltoid and biceps.
Adding up to 100 KG to a crunch makes for a pretty powerful ab workout! Utilising the Box Gym long handle you can perform weighted crunches effectively.
The main muscles worked during weighted crunches are the: rectus abdominis and the obliques.
